Celebrating life-change through Jesus
Partner with us today!
We are a continuation of the mission of Jesus to restore people to himself
01
Our sending church was planted in 1997. Now they are sending out about 20 adults and 25 kids to continue the mission of making disciples across Long Island. New Hope’s vision is to see leaders developed and sent out all over Long Island. We are a fulfillment of that vision.
02
Long Island is our home. It is where we live, work, and play. We care for our home and want to see it transformed by the gospel of Jesus. Many of us live in East Meadow, so that is our initial area of focus to serve.
03
Our core team is made up of numerous families, backgrounds, and giftings, but all have a love for Jesus and a desire to serve the community. Most of the core team have been at New Hope for 10+ years. We are grateful for our time at New Hope but are excited to see God use us in Nassau County to bring life-change through Jesus.

About Nassau County
Our focus is on East Meadow in the center of Long Island
As of the 2020 United States census, Nassau County’s population was 1,395,774, making it the sixth-most populous county in the State of New York, and reflecting an increase of 56,242 (+4.2%) from the 1,339,532 residents enumerated at the 2010 census.
Less than 5% of the population consider themselves Christians who believe that their redemption is through Jesus alone. There is a great need to get the good news of Jesus to this county.
